Minutes from Bull Falls Brewers Meeting December 9, 2004
The December meeting was called to order ay the High Noon Bar in Marathon by our president Mark Strehlow.
The first order of business is the update on the brew fest. It was
discussed that we may have a competition between the area clubs and not
invite the public. Some members said they would attend the Stevens
Point meeting next week. We should know more at the January meeting.
The Ice Cold Beer Fest will be at the Waters this year due to a fire at the brewery. The date is January 8, 2005.
Jeff initialized discussion on club structure.
A motion was made by Mike Zamzow to hold an election of officers every January. Motion passed.
Mike Roman made a motion to have the officers of President, Secretary and Treasurer for a 1 year term. Motion passed.
Matt Seliger made a motion to have nominations in January. Motion passed.
Brett made a motion to collect dues in March. Motion passed.
Jeff made a motion and amended it to collect $20 per year per family
for dues, $2 per month for new members with the first 2 months free.
Motion passed.
Mike Roman gave a talk on Wort Chilling.
It was sure nice of High Noon Bar to allow us to hold our meeting in their backroom with such a short notice.

If there are not any objections, the women of the club would like to give a talk on "beer and food" in May.
