Minutes from Bull Falls Brewers Meeting February 10, 2005
We had a very good turnout last night. Including two old faces we
haven't seen in a while. Doug Brown and Bob Beck honored us with
their presence.
The February meeting started off with everyone receiving a
ballot. The ballots were collected and counted and announced at
the end of the meeting.
President -- Bill Flood
Treasurer -- Brett Danke
Secretary -- Jen Seliger
Mike Roman gave an overview of the upcoming Golden Growler Competition
coming up on May 21. Matt Seliger agreed to get the group brew
underway. Mike Roman, Mark Strehlow, Bill Flood and Mike Zamzow
agreed to come up with a recipe for the group brew.
Brett Danke gave a presentation on bock beer. Samples were enjoyed by all.
Postponed from last month were the prizes to be raffled. Prizes
were won by all. For those of us who were really lucky, we won't
mention any names,(Rod) maybe there will be lots of beer to try next
month.
