Minutes from Bull Falls Brewers Meeting May 12, 2005
After a rough start, the meeting was underway. Mike Roman gave an
overview of the interclub competition taking place on May 21.
There will be a $2 charge for each beer entered in the best of show,
you can bring any beer for this. You are also welcome to bring
beer in kegs for sampling. There will be t-shirts for sale for
$10.
We have $612.06 in savings and $54.00 in cash to bring the treasury to
$666.06. Some of the suggestions for topics are as follows:
culturing yeasts, meads, types of brewing systems, equipment supply
shops, kegging, carbonating, starting in all-grain, and lagering.
The beer and food topic for last night was well received by all.

June --Wheat beer (Mark Strehlow)
July -- Mead (Brett will host "Teach a friend to mead day" the first weekend in August)
August -- Beyond Beer and Brats (the continuation of beer and food by the women)
