Minutes from Bull Falls Brewers Meeting September 8, 2005

17 members were present at the September meeting.
 
I arrived late, so I missed the opening discussion on a beer event taking place in Wausau.
 
Brew Your Own Magazine is offering a special subscription to members of our club.  More info through Bill Flood.
 
The Applefest is this next weekend.  Sunday, September 25, starting at noon.  The Packer game will be available.  Some help is needed picking apples before Sunday.  If you have apples that you can get, you can pick them now if you store them in a cool dry place until Sunday.
 
Mike Roman and Kevin both gave discussions on Schwartz beer.  This is the style of beer for the interclub beer event we are hosting in spring.  You should start brewing your Schwartz beer for the contest no later than November.
 
Anyone interested in Grolish style bottles should talk to Rod Meydam.
